Honest by default

We say what we think, in the room, while there's still time to act on it. That means flagging a problem in a release before a customer finds it, telling a colleague their idea has a hole in it, and admitting when something we shipped didn't work. Directness here isn't bluntness. It's respect. Engineers at some of the world's largest manufacturers rely on what we build. They deserve the truth early, not politely late.
