Find the right package for you
There are three major decision factors:
Usage Volume
Licensing scales with usage intensity (no idle-time charges).
Scope of Use
Licensing reflects the extent of use of the system's capabilities.
Service Level
Choose the service level that matches operational needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Explore common questions about licensing, packages, and commercial scope.
How do I choose the right package?
Choosing the right package depends on your use case. We’ll help you select the most reasonable option. If you mainly need 3D real-time streaming and visualization for a specific use case, “Visualization” is the best fit. If your focus is collaboration across teams, departments, or organizations with more users doing more in the system, “Collaboration” typically offers the best cost/benefit. “Enterprise” is designed for larger rollouts with hundreds or thousands of distributed users, multiple system instances, and several use cases across different user groups. When in doubt, start small with “Visualization” and scale up according to your growth plans. You can switch to a higher-value package at any time.
What determines license scope?
License scope is usage-based for easy scaling: we charge the token consumption of API calls measured in 5-minute slices. Higher-value capabilities may use more tokens in lower-tier packages. Conversely, this also means that you can use all the system's capabilities, but you don't have to pay for them in the lower tier packages if you don't need them.
Can we upgrade packages later?
Yes. Anytime. We’ll credit your remaining value and you can immediately benefit from the upgrade to support growth, expand your use cases, make greater use of higher-value capabilities, and move to an elevated service level.
How do we receive a detailed quote?
Contact us to schedule an initial meeting so we can assess your situation. Please be prepared to discuss your use case and share a usage projection (e.g., number of users and expected hours/day) so we can provide an indicative quote.
Is it also possible to purchase the license through my MACC Agreement?
Yes, of course. If you have a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC), we can support purchasing the license via the Microsoft commercial marketplace so it can count toward your MACC. Simply transact it as an Azure benefit-eligible offer through the Azure portal using an Azure subscription tied to your agreement (we’ll guide you through the setup if needed).
